storing 30GB of raw video game assets in git is better than what they're doing. Because git knows to treat those as binaries. specs is just... an abuse.
I’m developing an Android app with a MySQL database for storing user login credentials. I’m using jBCrypt for encrypting passwords before storing them in the database. On registration, the password is encrypted on client-side as follows:
String salt = BCrypt.gensalt();
String hash = BCrypt.hash...

Your first question shouldn't be to see what Github can do for you to make it so you don't have to make changes. @DavidFreitag I spoke to a relatively uninterested sales person in China, and sent them a bunch of info about it. And then nuked it and never heard from them again
@CodesInChaos I was very suspicious when I received the Galaxy Tab S from an unknown person... After I'd wiped and rebuilt, and donated to wife and kids it doesn't worry me any more :-)
