@KrishnaShweta Anahata is the stage (Chakra located 4th chakra from base of spine and is related to Heart). where you can get spiritual visions.....and Cosmic sounds. This is the stage where humans animal nature is completely destroyed and humans realize their nature of love and compassion...... and goes further in realizing Parabrahman.

Due to certain visions which you have not seen these earlier and not used to , it would be terrifying ... So you should prepare yourself for these higher stages before you hear Cosmic sounds and get Cosmic visions.

All these begins with triggering KUNDALINI.....By stopping the PRANAN, in between eyebrows. If PRANAN remains there for sometime, the gate opens and you get vision of JYOTI, the light!!!

You have to cross Brahmandhra from there to exit the body and reach Parabrahman via top of head
