Q: Why did Drogon do this?

JJJIn S08E06 of Game of Thrones, we see Drogon burn down the Why did he do that? Did he grow a conscience and see that it was a source of evil?

Q: Does tapasya remove dhatus?

Aoi. T_015Tapasya cleanses body of all toxins, especially solid, liquid, pitta and kapha natured, by Divine purifying rays of the Sun, but does it remove all dhatus including ojas/Tejas, as well, as side effect/byproduct, while cleansing the body? Is that why alternative purifying methods such as nadi shud...

Jivatma is sanskrit term or which language?

1 hour later…
12:16 PM
@AkshayS Yes, it is a Sanskrit term.

12:53 PM
@AkshayS jiva - creature and atma - soul

This seems opinion based.

@NogShine fine

1:08 PM
This sounds a personal advice question.

@Pandya In Gita is it said that -Brahman's swaroopa is Adhyam?
Which is Purush?

@AkshayS What is Adhyam?

@Pandya Jivatma... Is Purush also known as Atma? Actually known words are Purush for Atma.

@AkshayS Well, I think Bhagavad Gita, Samkhya and Shvetashvetara Upanishad share some common philosophical terms; visit:

Q: Is the Sankhya Darshan/Philosophy prior to Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads?

PandyaWe know that there are Six Aastik Philosophy (Shad Darshan) : Sankhya, Yoga, Nyaya, Vaisheshiki,Mimamsa and Vedanta based on Veda. In many verses of Bhagavad Gita, the word Sankhya is found ; actually the name of 2nd chapter/aadhyaya is Sankhya Yoga (साङ्ख्य योग). For example let me quote a vers...

@Pandya Prakriti unmanifest state is where all are withdrawn at end of Brahma day... Purush is beyond this unmanifest and hence should be a part of Parabrahman.

1:18 PM
@AkshayS Purusha mostly refers to Jivatma rather than Paramatma.

So these r stages from my understanding. Jivas-> prakriti-> Purush-> Parama purushotamman. Ishwara...
@Pandya That I understand. What is Purush? Is it an amsa or swaroopa of Paramatma?

Now, some consider Jiva term referring to Jivatma (Individual self or Atman) without unbounded by Prakriti and some consider the combination of Individual self with Prakriti as Jivas e.g. see this answer
@AkshayS Basically your questions looks about relationship between Jivatma (Jiva) and Paramatma (Brahman), right?

If Jivaatma is not bound what is bound? @Pandya. For sure jiva gets covered by Prakriti Gunas darkness.
Jivatma *
@Pandya yes. I don't think Jivatma exists independently from whatever I realised so far. Also it is not dependent but it comes as nature or amsa or swaroopa of Brahman.
There's no I identity.... what gives life to this useless body. ... @Pandya

@AkshayS ok. Will discuss after some-time; have work for now....

@Pandya okkk

3:26 PM
@AkshayS Hmm. So, According to Advaita, Jivatma appears only under the influence of Ajnana whereas according to Vishishtadvaita Jivatma is one permanent reality

4:05 PM
@Pandya let's now leave out those two philosophies. What is Jiva atma and what's its relation with paramatma? Lets leave out sects and analyse neutrally. ..
Accroding to vishishdvaita, what is Jiva connection with Param brahman
I don't think Jiva atma is independent reality with individual existence. They exist probably in various lokas but that's could not be ultimate
From my understanding -> Parabrahman-> HariHara or Shiva shakti -> shiva to > Purush and from Shakti -> Prakriti Gunas, body mind , panchabootha pancha shariria etc....Shakti runs this world of Maya tho she is beyond Maya....

@AkshayS approx same as mentioned in Kashmiri Shaivism by Acharya Utpaladeva i.e. concept of 36 tattvas which comes one after another during the manifestation process.

5:32 PM
@TheLittleNaruto oh... let me further seee it
I missed one more. FROM Pancha bootha comes all deities. .
AGASTYA says: Pulastya learn how this entire manifestation came only then you can be relieved of Loka Maya.
