@RubelliteYakṣī First of all, VisishtAdvaita is logical, if our discussion of it came across as illogical, that's purely a failure of communication. Next, oneness is not alien to VisishtAdvaita - it is a non-dual school of thought after all (also this is where the nuances of the two philosophies starts having an impact on our understanding). Additionally, as far as utility goes, absolute non-dualism doesn't reject, phenomenally speaking ofc, the various portions of Yoga.

I think if done in the correct ritualistic setting then it can amplify or assist in devotional activities but in general, which is what seems to be the situation of the question, your comment requires qualification/conditionals. Better to delete it for the fear of misleading. This is my opinion.

Additionally, I don't think all forms of intoxication are accessible/amenable to worship.

You took example of Vedic rituals. Do Vedic rituals have marijuana? Do you know OP is doing Vedic ritual? Do you know he is going to a temple where Bhaang, liquor is offered to deity? Perhaps he is going to a temple where there is a strict ban of such things. So, saying a comment taking weed is allowed is a misleading comment.
