@TriyugiNarayanMani Yes. I have read that from one of Keshav's questions. But in comment section, rose a discussion that there is also a Dharma a son of Brahma.
Some people blame ISKCON for giving some wrong translations for some words. I asked just to check.
@TriyugiNarayanMani Do you think that is an accurate translation?
Do you have any alternate translations?
vedabase is the famous translation of Bhagavata purana available on the internet.
@SS this bhagavata.org/canto6/chapter6.html#Text%202 also seems to have similar translation

@TriyugiNarayanMani Yes. I think that is a valid translation.
In that chapter, birth of Vishwakarma is described whose daughter is the mother of Yama. How is this possible. @TriyugiNarayanMani

@SS Dharma is identified differently in different Puranas. Som Puranas say he is Yama while some say he is different.

Q: Ravana Brahmana or Asura?

NarasimhamHow could Ravana be an Asura and Brahmin at the same time? Although he was born Brahmin (as son of Pulasthya Brahma) did he become or get declassified as Asura after his egotistic sin ? Are there other examples of mythological personalities who had undergone such conversion?
