@Jafe personally I give up its too hard, even a really smart group of people (who like these kinds of iq questions) when I showed it to them also had no clue so I don’t think I will probably work it out.

I mean it seems like output is the result of a random number generator. The only pattern I see is that if b is even c is and so too if b is odd c is.
