Does the PostsWithDeleted table keep the tags the way they were at the time of deletion, or are they updated even if the tags are edited after the deletion?

Maybe the easiest way to find out is to make an experiment.

Let us take three deleted posts on Meta Stack Exchange.

379466: How can i reduce my extra width?

The last one was created (and deleted) today - so that one isn't in the database yet.

I created a SEDE query listing the tags for the given questions.

This is what I got as the csv file:
