One of the developers from my previous job was totally blind. And very smart. Did a lot of electronics work as well as writing parts of the speech support in Linux. Modified his speech card so that it talked like the blazes. I brought him a VCR to fix one time (it was our security VCR) and we were trying to diagnose it (yeah, company could be cheap). He pulls it apart, we isolate the power supply and remove it. He traces everything with his hands, figures it all out, sticks his tongue on it and says "OK, plug it in." I do so.
@MikeyB Well, assuming this is like licking a battery to see if it's got any charge left, the very smart thing to do is find someone else, not blessed with an abundance of brain power, and get them to get shocked o find out...

@voretaq7 We haven't done either before, though we've done lots of the OSS versions of both. Generally we go Amanda where the customer has one tape drive and Bacula where they have a library. Hence the decision here.

@Dan As a non-dyslexic I think it's easier. Hard to tell… it probably has something to do with the fact that I'm a very fast reader. I do know the fonts help dyslexics though! I know a few.

You would setup a LAG for each vSwitch. If you assign all 4 physical NIC's to a single vSwitch, the simple answer is to setup one LAG with all 4 NIC's. This would be per-host. You can assign multiple port-groups to a single vSwitch.
There are other ways to do this, so, it all depends. :)

I really hate the whole "It's anonymity that makes you an arse online" argument. There are lots of places where you're essentially anonymous and people don't act like idiots. Its the distancing effect, you're staring a computer screen, not the person. I can't find the study right now, but they did one where 1/2 the people used video conferencing to talk with each other instead of text. Everyone video chatting was notably nicer than the texting group.
The best online bullying punishment I've ever seen: The school caught wind of whatever the bully said, and made him read it out loud as a school assembly.

@voretaq7 TSO4 (and/or HW vLAN TSO4) <-- FINALLY figured out what was wrong with my server. No idea why FreeBSD 9.x has this f-ed up, but it definitely is.
It's only a problem when using TSO on a vLAN interface attached to a card supports it. So I'm suspecting it's the VLAN_HWTSO option, but I'll fart around with it more tonight.
It was just driving me up the wall for the last week though; randomly dropping outbound packets (ipfw would say the packet went out, and tcpdump wouldn't show it, and obviously the destination never received).
@MarkHenderson Well apparently I have a sinus infection AND the Flu. Last Night I was about to go to the ER I felt so bad, but my doctor says I'll be "lucky" if I can attend School on Thurs/Friday. He thinks that I might not feel better until the weekend. -_- I've been out all week.
@l0c0b0x Of course one cheap way to do it is to simply start your command within a desktop VM tool like Vmware Workstation. When you can simply start the VM video capture software.
I think parallels can do that also, but I am not sure about the free version of virtual box.
