@MarkHenderson Yeah, the social workers here usually use the phone because they don't want to take the time to open a ticket. They usually get the answer that deserves.
@voretaq7 We have a great VoIP system in our office, we only have three physical phones for those that take calls from customers, everything else is softphone. But phones are an inescapable issue when you deal with public customers.
Just read that Limoncelli Test you guys were talking about earlier. Good stuff. Never seen all those things put together in one quick, easy to read guide. Some stuff is pretty fundamental but assuming different levels of knowlege and experience it's a great read for every one.
@WesleyDavid I pissed off about 1/3 of the agency when I ordered that thing. TOTALLY outside the list of commonly-ordered items and 4x the size anyone ordered in about 10 years.
@l0c0b0x Hah... that might back fire. "Oh no! We're out of whiteboard space!" "You! Go stand at the front of the meeting and don't move for 6 hours while we chart metrics and future growth potential."
Actually, talk about white board space... we have a bunch of those smartboards, so we save everything that is written on the board. Unfortunately, I was born to type, so I don't tend to use whiteboards that much (...but probably NEED TO)
I have a buddy that does sale and integration for conference rooms. He's a big proponent of smart boards but I've never really messed with them. I really need to go see a demo...
