It makes me feel better that I can say I actually learned something from the FAA's "knowledge" portion of the Wings "You need to actually have a flight review because you were a slacker" program.
I expected the little W&B module to be a joke but I actually missed that question
@voretaq7 im currently working for a team doing malware research, the team lead accidentally lost a usb drive loaded with goodies once. Maybe your guy found it? ;)
and at the moment I leave everyone as an admin on their Macs - this is the first time it's gotten bad enough that I've had to sledgehammer a box (something on the machine was interfering with HTTPS connections - at that point it has to die)
heh, it just needs to be decent Wednesday for my flight review, otherwise I'll have to do it after I turn into a legislative pumpkin and that will make me sad because I can't log it as PIC time :(
What really sucks is we're pretty much done with 31W but I'm probably not bringing her home until february with the way this weather looks - Winds Saturday, snow Sunday, and probably snow or rain next weekend
@BretCopeland All reassembled, just wrapping up the paperwork at this point
I'm probably doing my flight review in one of the -DCs unless the weather cooperates and I can do the flight test on 31W and bring her home Saturday
(and around here "cooperate" isn't in the weather's vocabulary from January to March, so...)
@BretCopeland The warriors they bought from Dowling (N132DC and I think N158DC)
(I would do it in one of the Archers, but I'm not spending the extra cash for the horsepower I'm used to when it's going to be attached to a wing I don't like :P)
@voretaq7 -- I'm still baffled by the idea that moving the CG of an airplane up/down could have any impact on flight dynamics, but can't seem to get my head around the physics needed to disprove it...
