That strikes me as a little binary. The problem with
list-questions isn't when they generate an answer that is a list. It's when they generate dozens of answers that, taken in aggregate, form a list. "What are the playable races in 5e" functions as a perfectly fine Q/A because there's an answer that, yes, has a list as its core. It would not have if thirty different answers had come in with one race each: in that case voting doesn't work.
