tried to get into the swing of a RP with ya, but the interruption derailed it and that kinda threw me off track
Rrau is pretty incensed, really. basically, you can't travel from Fort Belurian save for hugging the coast perfectly without one of these permits, it seems
Our list of forums we point people to are curated by you. If we're missing any good quality RPG discussion forums, please post them! If there's specific games or topics not covered by anything there, that would also be especially helpful.
Buster Keaton in The Bell Boy, which was released 100 years ago today, on March 18, 1918. Still a brilliant gag a century later https://t.co/3lkpRfKOsS
@doppelgreener Glad to hear it :) same here btw. Got some much needed sleep, gaming, and a bit of boozing as well. Now if I can get cleaning done this will be a very successful weekend indeed.
I keep going back and forth now, but I guess the one I closed is slightly wider in scope because it deals with the question of "can they use" and "how can they use" as opposed to just proficiency.
Duplication is for "you can find your answer here", which usually means if question A is wider in scope than question B, question A is not a duplicate of question B.
Take some time to think about it, and if you figure the close isn't appropriate, you also have a reopen hammer thanks to your gold badge.
(both are use-once, hence my suggestion to think about it a bit :D)
If you're borderline then you can also leave it be to see what others decide
From my old contact with that stuff, the pantheons feel very much like parallel monotheism, and even though all the gods exist no-one considers praying to anyone but their specific god.
a few cultural type things you'd note is that you wouldn't see temples to everyone in every city, so most deities in FR wouldn't be bothered by you praying to them over an altar dedicated to somebody else
I meant more, I expect gods and praying to them to be more than a footnote, and be very immanent in culture one way or another, not just having a shrine somewhere or possibly not even that.
I wish there was a way to give kudos to people who earned badges/do cool stuff and who are not active on chat. There is always comments but it seems weird to do that at times.
eg I just notice @PurpleMonkey earned their gold [dnd-5e] badge a few days ago.
