Have you noticed that all previous builds have had a minor build number too? i.e. 16299.31 instead of 16299.0? That's why. This process is called GA (General Availability).

I mean, I'm not against animal husbandry in general the way PETA is. What I want to see are practices that aim to avoid or reduce suffering while still efficiently producing food.
