used to use Snagit which has a generic scrolling screenshot

that particular one was taken with Firefox gCLI (Shift+F2, screenshot --imgur --fullscreen)

more recently Firefox has a graphical screenshot tool that you can enable ... I don't use that yet

@Ramhound To be fair to that A, the Q did not ask for details- just seemed to be asking "is this possible"; I'm not sure a blog link in and of itself is nukeworthy given the context

Seems a little harsh in my opinion (unless the rest of the blog was spammy; ISTR a meta Q along the lines of 'what to do when an answer links to an additional resource which helps to answer the question; but is hosted on a site that also seems spammy')

It's funny how things can help

True story: the person we had 'booked' didn't turn up to my dad's funeral (time mix-up), so my sisters and I ended up doing the service - we had talked about doing it before, but decided that it would end up like something out of Frasier

But it turned out okay, and I'm grateful for the opportunity the poor circumstances turned up

Feel we did our dad proud

My point is- hope it lets you feel whatever you need to feel :)
