sister in law's phone. Was synced with itunes on an older incarnation of the shared PC, after the reinstall, its orphaned. If I synced it with the new incarnation of said PC... it'll apparently wipe out all the music on it
@allquixotic I got that netgear n900, am using its NAS. But an issue is there have been times where i've clicked 'safely remove USB device' in the web interface, and it has said "The device cannot be stopped right now. Try stopping the device again later." And i've had to 'end task' explorer.exe to one a comp to be able to get a successful response when clicking "safely remove USB device' on the web interface of the N900 NAS router. I notice that if I do \\readyshare and double click
usb_storage so as to get a directory listing, then it locks it. I can click back or close the window, then it unlocks it i.e. I can then safely remove device at the web interface.
But I wonder if sometimes the computer malfunctions and keeps the lock on it even when i've closed the explorer window
Is there a way that I could view from the comp i'm on, what process if any, has a read on the NAS device?

1) I deleted my EFI partition while installing Ubuntu. I had Windows 8.1 pre-installed. 2) I installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. 3) Ubuntu runs fine. But there are no files of Windows on the EFI partition. 4) I need now to have Windows boot files in the EFI partition again. What do I do?
