Its an answer that is related to the same problem "supposedly" LOL. I wanted to say per review that this should be another question but decided to not say anything. I wanted to ping the original question by @magicandre1981 honestly to see if he had any advice on this but perhaps someone else may know or else it's too broad for the original question?

@McDonald's, well that's something I've never run into here before. It isn't an answer, and that's not how the site is supposed to work. But what do you do with it? Have the poster move it to a new question, see if either question gets an answer, and then make the other a duplicate? This is why we pay our moderators the big bucks. :-)

@fixer1234 Lol... I wasn't aware the mods made big buck from SE communities.... The original question was a question with no attention in terms of comments, etc. so wasn't sure if it was overlooked, something obvious like a cracked OS, or something else for the reason no on has even left a comment (unless some removed, etc.). I dug into the Original Post a bit more and left a couple other comments to try to help at least.

You might want to open chrome's task manager and see if any extensions or websites are using extra resources

today I find that if you use Reset this Windows feature of Windows 10 it boots into Windows Recovery Environment and performs a fresh installation but I didn't find where it keeps the Windows 10 setup. Is it hidden somewhere?

@defalt I think it performs checksum verification and resets configs.

Though maybe it downloads required files too; it's been a while since I looked at it.
