I think he has a strange method of trying to find out what is wrong, concentrating on only one performace item, that could be completly meaningless to the actual problem. Getting hooked on something that looks like it going badly, can miss something that might be way more simple.
@JourneymanGeek The Nokia 6650 that I ordered since my old one broke a long time ago. It's the flip phone. I actually prefer it for a backup, over the E71x, if I can get it to sync my work email satisfactorially.

If I'm a new guy and I come to Super User and know the answer on question X and I say something like "LINK really helped me do this" (longer than 30 characters, so passes the quality filter), then I won't even notice it was down voted OR won't know why.
If I have to comment on every single occurrence of this, why can't we have a filter in place that warns them?

Yeah, in that case it would be; but as I said I don't see that happen as the way they are doing it just has way too much noise which doesn't allow them to get it any more clear.

Aye, I'd heard that IPS panels did look a lot better, and I can believe there's a lot of improvements you can get over a TN panel, but TN is dirt cheap and is good enough for my eyes ;)
This new monitor is miles above the monitor it replaced, faster, better colours, but still a good amount of room for improvement colour-wise...
@sparkubullet At that price that antenna is one of two things 1) The greatest thing you'll ever need to solve your poor reception issues at a good price, or 2) a plastic piece of rubbish that's no better than making your own "Cantenna"

@SimonSheehan It is because Winmail does not respect fully the Hi-vis settings of windows and the icons are very poorly to see for visually impaired user.
@SimonSheehan No, I can find hi-vis themes for TB or FX, but this does not solve the problems with voice output via Zoomtext. Unfortunately, currently only winmail works.

Ok, does anybody here have more experience with Resource Hacker? I just used it few times to create a localized version of some app - translated those strings to other language, maybe changed a size of the text boxes to fit the translated strings and menus, but nothing more. :-)
