move to meta seems to have erased the spam flags?

*migration
at least mine
@DanGetz same

I don't quite get how migrations work. They seem to reset the score but..also not always? I've definitely been able to vote on a question before and after a migration. I think it was upvotes, though. Maybe it wipes downvotes? It might also similarly wipe flags.
it does create a new post

yes, I also remember years ago I voted twice on a question, both before and after migration
I mean, realistically, it's not "wiping" them. It's creating a new post and locking/removing the old one. So anything related to the old post doesn't transfer. But I have seen the votes transfer.
19:18
maybe the votes transfer depending on some things
Hmm, it's possible it does transfer the flags. But weirdly, so there is a spam flag but not your spam flag after the migration
e.g. not if one is a parent meta since that doesn't have rep..?
Since you have a different main and meta flag pool
@VLAZ (upvotes "transfer", not downvotes, but in some cases aren't attributed to the voter on the destination site, meaning you can vote twice)
@Mithical OK, that probably explains the discrepancy I've seen.
Thanks

do we ever preemptively watch numbers? This is somewhere on the spectrum from dumb question to spam attempt, and it includes the number which would be spammed if it turns out to be part of a campaign
@DanGetz I don't see much harm in a watch-number there; go for it!

@VLAZ Looks like it. Posting an answer.
there us a difference between deleting and destroying profiles?
nvm the answer was edited
Deleting removes the profile, but keeps content (eg. questions and answers) the profile made, just attributes them to the profile ID (eg. user20153035). Destroying removes a profile and all content the profile made
@Fastnlight I also hope that destroying involves more chanting, candles, and magic circles.

@dan1st Yeah my bad. My wording wasn't clear on the first try.
@VLAZ That is called sacrificing an account
Who are accounts sacrificed to? The toxic mods? An LLM?
Obviously to the mods to sustain them. They can't partake in mortal food any more.
