@Cow as an "outside" moderator, I'd recommend adding a custom flag that shows the cross-site spam, as otherwise it might not be obvious on those standalone posts
@Cow thanks for the ping. I did have a look at that user a while ago, saw two answers linking to the same site and two without links. There's no other information linking the user to that site, though I didn't see the Language Learning answers yet.
