@dbc The optimal outcome is the OP reading your comment and adding disclosure. In it's current state, yes, it's spam, but I know some mods will edit in disclosure themselves. So for now, yes, it's spam, and it should be reported to SD

@Fastnlight generally single case of undisclosed is not spam flagged if the answer is otherwise helpful, and not a NAA or link only answer. mod flagging for undisclosed and reporting it is still appropriate though

@Fastnlight Right, that's why I waited a day before mentioning anything. And if the post were from an established account I wouldn't have mentioned it, but my understanding is we apply slightly stricter standards to 1-rep accounts. Anyway, looks like the author deleted it.
I've reported posts from high rep users before (we've had undisclosed affiliation posts from >200k users). With these established users, however, they usually just forgot disclosure and add it in pretty quickly after my comment (no need for flags)
But yes, there are stricter punishments for 1 rep users (I know the potentially bad keyword in body is only flagged on 1 rep users)
