How did the spam bot not capture this?
@tripleee That domain seems to be significantly below the level we normally want for blacklisting 33 Total / 24 TP (72.73% TP) / 5 FP / 3 NAA. There are also at least 23 hits on SE. Given that it's variable as to if the domain itself is spam, I'd rather focus on other parts of the URL. For example, both of the current posts are for the path "/blog/move-arbitration-mailbox-from-exchange-2010-to-2016/"
@JeffSchaller @Fastnlight @tripleee @Cow I use either or both of the Number Search on MS bookmarklet and/or the Loose Number Search on MS bookmarklet. Both are just select the normalized number (i.e. without obfuscations, such as using | for 1 or o for 0; for North American numbers, it's probably best to not include the 1) and then click the bookmarklet. The searches aren't perfect, but they do a reasonable job.

@Makyen That pattern may be a North American number. If it is, please use a format which starts with an optional 1 followed by possible separator text and has the main number in the format 902-582-4763 where - could be a single alpha character or any [\W_]*+. Alternately, you can add the comment (?#IS NorAm) to the end of the pattern to force also using the alternate normalized form, or (?#NO NorAm) if it's not a North American phone number and it's incorrectly recognized as one. Perhaps try !!/watch-number 902-582-4763. Append -force to the command word(s) if you really want to add the pattern you provided.

anyone who can suggest a good DNS service either free or paid? I'm using cloudflare atm with Google as secondary, but I'm wondering if there's anything better?
@Vickel Probably do?t. In addition, given that "JamesRodriguez" can be an actual name, and there are some names on SE which match that, I'd prefer to not have the domain be optional.
