@Cow Do you now feel the posts are not AI generated? If you still feel the posts are AI generated, it's beneficial for the flags to remain, as they might help a moderator when handling the user, even if the posts are already deleted. At least on SO, it's probably particularly important if the post had score >= 3 and was visible for >= 60 days, as moderators will need to delete the post in a manner which removes the reputation (i.e., remove it as plagiarism). If you still feel the posts are AI generated, we would prefer that the flags remain active.

@Cow cc @JeffSchaller Yes, it is possible for users without the view deleted posts privilege to retract flags on deleted posts. I've done so many times on various sites. However, it's not possible through the stock UI. It can be done through either calls to SE's internal endpoints or through the SE API. There are at least four userscripts which would allow you to do that. Two of the userscripts are not yet released (both my work: my development version of FIRE and Flag with Preview). One of the userscripts has been removed by its author. The fourth is Flag Retractor (GitHub) (install) by Samuel Liew.
