@DanielT It wasn't accidental. They posted an R/A answer which got manually reported, and that blacklisted them. Users with more than a few hundred rep are excluded from most checks.
Oh weird it wasn't manually reported. Not quite sure how that happened then. Someone marked it as TPU and probably flagged it as R/A.
I wonder how much rep they had when they posted that answer.
