inherently rude/condescending. Those sites are
intentionally putting it in the asker's face that they should have used a search engine, substantially more so than just using an equivalent link directly to the search engine. Using such sites instead of the search engine
just adds insult.
At least on SO, SE considers using

, etc. to be sufficiently rude such that they are blocklisted from being used, and have been for more than a decade (
since at least 2012). They are
blocklisted on at least some other sites, but, obviously, not on all sites. Over time, there's been considerable discussion about using them and how it feels to question askers to get links to such sites. Most of that discussion has been mentioning
