This is a returning spammer who posted promotions for their site elsewhere on the network, too. A mod edited a disclosure into the previously misleading clickbait (where the author basically pretended they had come across a site which just happens to be their own) so this is no longer technically spam; but the content in the linked article is entirely unrelated to what is being asked here. I would still flag as spam if it weren't for the mod intervention, and certainly downvote a second time if I could. — tripleee47 secs ago

@tripleee their last useful looking contribution was 2 days ago, so I'm inclined to think it was a lazy way to link their blog rather than the start of a spam campaign. But it's still "spam" by the definition we judge things by I think.
Thanks - because I was rather adamant that this is not spam, according to the definition - although I can clearly see it borders on spam - but no actual link is being advertised.

If it is, please use a format which starts with an optional 1 followed by possible separator text and has the main number in the format 991-822-2798 where - could be a single alpha character or any [\W_]*+. Alternately, you can add the comment (?#IS NorAm) to the end of the pattern to force also using the alternate normalized form, or (?#NO NorAm) if it's not a North American phone number and it's incorrectly recognized as one. Perhaps try !!/watch-number 991-822-2798. Append -force to the command word(s) if you really want to add the pattern you provided.
@tripleee Added seiko[\W_]*+college to watchlist However, the blacklists were not reloaded at this time. The most likely issue is another change was made on SD's master branch on GitHub and everything is waiting for CI to pass and MS to update the deploy branch. That could take a few to several minutes. If SD doesn't automatically reload the blacklists or automatically reboot after that time, then someone should investigate why that hasn't happened.
