@gparyani I don't have a view of if from a mod point of view on Super User. I don't even have >10k on Super User, so can't even see the deleted post and timeline. There's special handling of spam and R/A flags when the author deletes a post, which may be contributing to the issue.

@tripleee That doesn't look red-flaggable to me. Perhaps a custom mod-flag? Even then, it just looks like an unclear question, so I'm not sure a mod is needed at all.
I don't mind flagging it, but what would I say? "The question was poorly formatted, and is still unclear, and the user has a NAA answer posted here as well" is all I can think of, and that doesn't seem like something mods need to know about. Unless magento mods do want to handle that themselves.
I don't think there was any vandalism involved. Rev 1 was just a poorly formatted question with filler-text for a title. Then another user formatted the code in Rev 2.
You could retract your R/A flag, and then raise a custom flag yourself.
@SmokeDetector it is plausible to me based on the user's history (stackoverflow.com/q/71717278) that this was like, they had the wrong link on their clipboard or something. But... it's pretty suspicious so I'm not against the TP/blacklist
