@SmokeDetector fp- The contents of this question don't cross the line into being rude/abusive at all IMO. It's a question posted on a meta site asking for specific rules to be changed, and is phrased quite reasonably relative to the usual questions of this nature.
The only text I can see that could be considered offensive is the "stupid, fascist rule" bit. I could see that being considered tp if that text was being used to describe users, or a group of people, or an individual user, but describing a rule that way is not something I'm at all comfortable with blocking at a system level, especially on a meta site.
If there's something additional about the situation that makes this tp (such as rude comments that have been deleted, or a pattern of other meta posts, etc), that may change things, but this report alone of a single instance looks clearly fp to me.

@SmokeDetector This reads a lot like an ad, but the user has been around for a while on the network, and appears to have other legit contributions. Watching the linked domain (only hit on SE) in case it shows up again.
@Makyen now worst case if it needs a mail redir or such to the system we can set up mail relaying but I'd still want something like an amazon relay in front or something so it's not directly reachable
but that's a different concern.

@ThomasWard Yeah. From the code in MS, there's obviously something else which receives the email and then does a POST to tell MS about it with the email message content passed in the POST. Given that the message content, while slightly changed, still matches the regexes used to decode it from the POST, the most likely thing to be not working is whatever was set up to go from received email to MS POST.
I could add additional logging, which might give a better hint that the email->MS POST was actually where the issue is, but I'm already not seeing a log entry for the beginning of the POST (which I believe should be logged for any POST).

I used the Spam button on MS to give tpu and flag the post (for the coupon codes one). It successfully flagged and the tpu seems to be properly in MS, but it said there was an issue and to ping you. It seems to post was very quickly deleted so maybe that is somehow related…?
The error was “Unable to save feedback. Ping Undo.”. It also said the spam flag was cast successfully
