@SmokeDetector It's unclear to me if this should be counted as an answer. Obviously, it's spam if there's affiliation. On the face of it, it's someone offering a solution to the underlying problem that the question has of not being able to find the commodity. I probably wouldn't red flag this, unless we see more about that domain or there's affiliation, but a custom mod flag to allow the site moderators to make the choice of what to do is probably appropriate.
@Makyen Hmm, looking more closely, you're right. Red flag retracted. Did you custom flag it?
@RyanM No, I have not done so.
Feel free to do so.
@SmokeDetector Honestly not even sure that it's worth flagging after thinking more. I think I'll leave the watch and see if any more crop up.
Cleared my feedback as well.

@CodyGray how likely are they to reuse the same image URL?
I would assume they're likely to do so... many spammers do. Aside from the image, there isn't much else to go on.
We probably don't want to report everyone trying to make a friend. :-)
agreed ... I've been idly speculating that we might want to start collecting some sort of image fingerprint database but I don't have any experience with anything like that
Although if spammers catch on to us doing that, or even watching them, they'll know to just upload new copies.
My intuition says that spammers are less dedicated than trolls, so we don't have to worry too much about that, but... it is a concern.
That said, this is pretty terrible spam, so I guess it's not the end of the world if it isn't caught.

Seems more like a link only answer (not sure if even that, I'm not that up to date on SO policies on those)
No, I don't think this is spam, based on what I see now.
Not really "link-only". The link text is the name of the function to use, so that's legit.
I looked a bit further into it, and that user has a few other answers that seem normal, so I'm marking it FP for now.

Yes, that's what I see, too. And no deleted answers containing that link.
