@Floern There are checks both that each individual flagging condition be > 99.75% and that all of your enabled flagging conditions taken together are > 99.75%. The message which you're replying to indicates that when looking at all of your flagging conditions together, MS determined that they don't result in > 99.75%. When that happens, MS will disable all of your flagging conditions and post that message to chat.
There are some database queries which can help you look at this. My preferred is Flag condition TP, FP, and NAA counts, which will show total numbers for all of your enabled flagging conditions combined, along with a couple of ways to calculate overall percentage.
That query is a fork I made of Overall flag condition accuracy (IIRC). At the time, I was investigating a discrepancy between how MS was calculating the overall percentage number and how this query calculates the percentage. I personally prefer my fork, but the original is also useful, particularly if wanting to test all flagging conditions including those that are currently disabled.
There's also Flag Condition Accuracy by User, which shows numbers for each flagging condition.

@gparyani I'd suggest commenting on the existing issue to explain why you want it reconsidered (which will send a notification to everyone watching the repository). Depending on what happens from there, it can be determined as to if the existing issue is appropriate to be reopened, or if a new issue should be created.

[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Potentially bad keyword in body (1): Can't start netbox on Oracle Cloud Instance (CentOS 8) by Yerkin Nurekenov on serverfault.com

@Xnero Yes.
IIRC, I created that query, because the first accuracy number appeared to more accurately reflect what MS was using. It has, however, been quite a while since I looked at this and changes may have been made (IIRC, changes were made on MS, but I'm not remembering exactly what).

user435118
7:51 PM
@Makyen But my first accuracy percentage is below 99.75%. How does that work?

@Xnero Your flag conditions were manually disabled by @Makyen: Total accuracy must be >= 99.75%.

@Xnero Like that. The above message from MS is the result of me clicking a "Validate all conditions" button for your account on MS, which causes the normal MS validation for that account to be run in the background. The flagging conditions are validated for all users on a periodic schedule, because it is a compute intensive task. So, your conditions would have been disabled anyway the next time it ran (once a day, IIRC). I believe it's also run for all users involved in a autoflagged FP.
