@tripleee That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in body and Potentially bad keyword in answer; append -force if you really want to do that.
@VictorVosMottor That's strange spam. The answer seems good in fact, and not copied from any of the other answers as far as I can see. I'd upvote it if not for the hidden spam link :p
I think username (?-i:^ANKIT SHARMA$) should be unblacklisted. All the TP are also caught by now-u-know.com, and it's a very common name. There's 2 other users across the network with that exact spelling (all uppercase) and one of their posts was just caught by SD.
[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Bad keyword in body, bad keyword in title, blacklisted website in body, pattern-matching product name in body, potentially bad keyword in body (391): How To Buy Keto Extra And Price? by sfiextra on askubuntu.com

@nobody If you have a post of yours incorrectly spam-flag deleted, you can flag for a moderator and ask them to clear them. This sort of thing can happen, yes, but it's easy to undo.
I noticed that one user is linking their blog in almost all answers. They disclose their affiliation with the blog, but they've linked it in almost 5 answers.
