So... I read the reason on that last MS report as suggesting that "footballbets.com" was already watched, and that's how it caught this.
So I assumed that the spammer had added "fixed" as a prefix to get around blocks.

If someone posts useful answers, all of which seem to include a link to their own github project (they don't mention they're the author, but it's obvious since their gihub user nickname matches the SO one), is that to be considered spam? I only noticed because they resurrected old questions within 15 minutes of each other....
@tink You can share a link to the user's profile here. In fact, that's better than discussing it in the abstract.
@cigien - sure ... here you go
@tink I think that is too much self promotion. I would flag a post as needing moderator intervention. Paste links to the other answers in the flag details. There may be other answers that have been deleted as spam that we cannot see.
[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Potentially bad keyword in body (1): Photo Station has shut down my access to DS by olgisl on stackoverflow.com
@IanCampbell OK, will do.
23:40
I believe they do need to explicitly state that they're the author. If it's implicit, like "I've come up with a solution that does (this and that). (project) will also..." then it's fine.
In some of that user's more recent answers, they fail to do that. I agree with Ian, that's worth a flag.
Strange. They've disclosed affiliation here but not in other answers.
And 2 more where they've disclosed affiliation. They just seem unaware of the rules.
Hopefully the moderator that catches the flag will provide the education.
/me holds his horses till the seniors have finished discussing ...
@tink I don't see any issue with raising a custom flag on their most recent answer. It's clearly undisclosed affiliation. Also mention that you've seen this in other answers.
Although you might try doing the education yourself in a comment under one of the posts. Here's an example of a comment I use (not necessarily perfect).
23:44
Heh
@tink Another trick is the MetaSmoke search. You can search by username to identify previously deleted posts, which may influence your opinion. IE: metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/…
(There weren't any posts to find)
Thank you very much for your guidance @IanCampbell
I commented using your template.
If that's not dealt with by tomorrow I'll revisit and custom-flag.
I was about to suggest the cv-pls revisit function, but it sounds like you're all over it.
