I initially figured it was because that question was simply larger than normal toxic posts are, but I cut that revision apart (still included the toxic bit) and ran !!/test on it multiple times in Charcoal Test, and it didn't grab it even when it was just down to "a jackass asking it:"
So in that case I guess the toxicity filter isn't aggressive enough.

@Spevacus Yeah, I was thinking the same thing: the length of the post and the absence of any other abusive words was reducing the toxicity score below the threshold that it would be detected/reported. But it looks like you already disproved that.
I'm not really sure this is worth any specific action. I wouldn't ever mark that as a TP, so why would we expend effort to get SD to catch it?
@Glorfindel That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in body and Potentially bad keyword in answer; append -force if you really want to do that.
Yeah I voted to close it just because I'd rather not see the actual result of that seed (if there would be any) (and there were already 4 CV's soooo) and then spam flagged. That definitely was a botched attempt.
Of the 2619 questions asked on MSE in the last 90 days, 1458 of them (or 55.67%) were closed. Of those, 928 of them (or 63.65% of all closed questions in those 90 days) were due to being blatantly off-topic. Of those, only one question was reopened.
@Mast Prior to putting additional link shorteners on the list of shorteners, please watch them first for a considerable time. Some link shorteners tend to be predominately used by spammers, others are also used by regular users. There are a lot more link shorteners than get put on the list which are detected specifically as a shortener. The only way we can determine which ones might be largely used by spammers is to collect data on usage. We do that by watching the domain.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think there's a legit reason to use a link shortener in a post on SE.
@CodyGray Yeah, but, like most lists such as that, it just makes people use other services to get around it. Also, new link shorteners pop up all the time. If that list isn't routinely updated, then it gets old fast.
@CodyGray Yeah, but that's not SD's purview. We don't have the person-power to be able to respond to the number of reports it would generate for otherwise legit posts. Even if we detected them, what would we do about it? We can't red-flag delete otherwise legit posts, just because it uses a link shortener.
@VictorVosMottor While the wording and content may imply a likely age older than 10, it's prejudiced to think that their religion has anything to do with their English proficiency.
