That potentially bad keyword is a site that pretty persistently spammed, you might want to move it to Known Bad Website or whatever it's called
 
We try to only blacklist websites that've been recorded in Metasmoke at least 5 times over the course of 6 months (and have no false positives). Do you see it quite frequently?
