@Makyen This was less a technical question as a policy one. This is the "fascism troll" that I understood may be evading user bans by recreating himself, something his oldest post indicated he intended to do. Previously his username hit the blacklist but now it doesn't so it seems he's been removed. I don't know enough of the history of this user to know whether I should fp his apparently legitimate post, or if there's a reason his other legit posts were tp'd.

(I think)

@RyanM Thanks. Again, it's a new profile for the same user posting fascism related stuff, has had multiple accounts deleted. So, my question was less "is he on the blacklist" as "should I be doing tpu for this post by this user even though the post is fine"
Or fpu or whatever.

Testing

@DanielWiddis ah yeah good question, definitely if they're banned on the site, otherwise it's complicated
and I'll defer to the more senior folks on that

If you go back in time to the user's first post he basically said "it's so easy to evade the ban, watch me...." so I don't know if we're still playing the game he started...

@DanielWiddis I say yes, tpu. Because I would spam delete it on any site.

@Rubiksmoose Hmm, I see there's a "blacklisted username" rule. I'm surprised we aren't using that.

4:02 AM
clicks "Coffee". clicks "Filter". giggles. Maybe I'm getting punchy after 500 reviews so far today. :)

@DanielWiddis If so, then that's a good indications that it might be time to take a break. :) After all, 500 reviews is a lot of reviewing. Some are easy, but others take a considerable amount of effort. Don't burn yourself out.

I have a goal, though. :)
161 more. ;)
And I am taking plenty of breaks, actually.

@DanielWiddis The problem is that there isn't a clear policy being implemented by SE. My personal opinion is that if the user reaches the level where they are suspended, then any account that's created beyond that, or one used in order to get around that suspension, should be automatically blocked, and that any flags, even red flags, are appropriate on any content they create which is placed in circumvention of the block.
This is the case for a single site, if they are suspended on a single site. It's the case on all sites, if they are suspended network-wide.
However, that's not an opinion which is universally shared with all moderators on all sites. There are a number of sites where they want to judge each individual contribution separately, regardless of if the user is circumventing a block.
So, from my POV: If the user is circumventing a block (on a single site when suspended from that site; or network-wide when suspended network-wide), then it's TP, regardless of the content, as suspensions are in place for a reason and such restrictions always are on the person, not just a single account.
However, that doesn't mean that red flags will not be declined on such posts. For such posts, it's probably a good idea for at least one person to raise a custom mod-flag and explain the situation, because not only to opinions vary, but not all moderators are aware that a particular user is evading a suspension, or that the account is, in fact, controlled by the user that is suspended.

@DavidBuck Looked at that user's 5 posts. They all seem customized to the problem and two were the only answer to the question. I'm inclined to say ok... the only "huh" part is that they were all posted in a relatively short timeframe.
By saying "customized" it was not a copy-paste answer each time, that I think might cross the line.

@DanielWiddis The answers aren't very detailed and it's advertising a paid-for product, not opensource, but I agree that they aren't copy-paste and there is attribution, that's why I asked rather than flag.
