@SmokeDetector The domain was also promoted in this answer on tor.se, but there it makes sense for the question that was asked, so I'm not sure that one's spam.
@EliahKagan Numerous true positives, only one false positive in MS and it's borderline. Searching on SE does turn up a clear false positive but it's a post on security.se asking about malware involving that site (and if it's scanned again I don't think its detection score will be high enough to cause problems).
I'm mentioning this all here though in case I've missed something or in case this action is otherwise not considered appropriate.

@Dharman Use a custom mod-flag. Explain the issue that the user is over-promoting without affiliation disclosure. Link to a search for the content, or to individual posts, and the evidence of affiliation.
However, it looks like a moderator has already cleaned them up.
@Baskakov_Dmitriy BTW: If you haven't already done so, you might want to take a look at the Introduction to Participating in Charcoal on the SmokeDetector wiki. It has an overview of some of the topics most people are interested in. If you're just wanting to sign up for autoflagging, you should be able to do that.
