@SmokeDetector fp- This is not undisclosed affiliation. This version (i.e., the one in this MS entry) says "so I made url-parser." The post has been undeleted by a moderator (rightly, I think) and the current version of it says, "After a while i took time to make a regex and make it into a open source package."
@SmokeDetector Prior to the moderator undeleting this, the original answer, the user posted an additional, identical answer on the same question. I've raised a custom flag suggesting that one of the two identical answers be deleted.
@Makyen Thanks. Sorry I didn't reply before. I haven't really figured out for sure if the answers are valuable. They looked like they could be valuable, but I don't know much about WCF. I'll try to return to them later and see if I can figure something out.
@SmokeDetector Similar to that older question by the same user, which was tp'd based on the body. So this one might be trolling. I don't think there's strong enough reason to be sure this one is, though.

I'm not sure messages always arrive or get displayed in order. After a short time, at least if one reloads the page, I think they appear in the same order for everyone. But I think I've seen nonconsecutive messages appear without a message in between sometimes, in other rooms. I'm not sure.

@EliahKagan In chat, I've had both: messages appearing in orders other than they will if the page is refreshed; and messages not appearing at all until the page is refreshed. I think I've seen the last X messages reordered, but I'm not sure on that one. The code has enough information such that it could do that, at least down to 1 second resolution. However the time data is only available when the messages are transmitted.
I don't know if the Chat code keeps that information, or how long it keeps it.
