@iBug As long as I pinged your about Coral Cove... Sandy Shores is down. In addition, Sandy Shores continues to have an intermittent problem with pulling and performing watch and blacklist commands. It appears to be a general issue with forking a new process. Given that we've previously discussed RAM, I'm wondering if the docker image is configured to have enough RAM and/or swap space.
@AndrewT. If you're interested, there's the userscript SmokeDetector Info for Moderators (SIM) (install), which adds a "smokey" button to each post. Clicking the button will open a popup that tells you if the post was caught by SD, if it was autoflagged, if manual flags were raised through MS, and what feedback it received.
@iBug Actually, I encountered the pull problem on Coral, because I wanted to see if it had the same issue as Sandy. :-) So, let's go ahead and try Coal and see what happens.
Also the only running thing on Sandy's host system is Smokey (and Docker and containerd etc.) Given it's been re-setup from scratch once, the problem could only be caused by environmental configuration (like OS template).

@SmokeDetector The anti-aging one really doesn't appear to be doing what was intended. In other words, it's not just detecting cases where "anti-aging" is in a domain name.
@SmokeDetector Primarily, that anti\Waging regex will detect bare URLs (i.e. where the URL is in the href and also displayed) which contain "anti-aging" in the path and are in a domain that is in the .com TLD.

Yeah, it's been actually effective at matching spam, but it's also hidden some domain matches for domains added to the blacklist later. Generally, those domains would still get at least one detection, but it's possible they'd be obscured by the larger match earlier in the overall regex.
