Hello, I am interested in participating here. I have read the wiki's and am starting to get oriented, but was wondering if a member or two could give a simplified explanation in their own words.
@A.K. basically, SmokeDetector will post links to questions and answers all across the network that may need to be flagged. You can look over these posts and take whatever action is necessary. You've got the association bonus, so once you join, you can flag posts on any site in the network. There's a lot more to this place, but that's the basic idea.
@SmokeDetector This answer and the user's other answer are copies of the code on the site's pages the user links. Given the page the user links to in this answer was created yesterday, I suspect affiliation, but can't demonstrate it. The site is prominently copyrighted and I see no licensing information. While there is a link in each answer, neither makes clear these are just copies w/ insufficient attribution (or that the user is affiliated, if so). So, plagiarism.
Today i have found that this answer is deleted by a mod as spam or rude/abusive

@Rob and I guess the other reasons were put in place between when that post was first scanned by SmokeDetector (no reasons triggered) and when you reported it (couple of watches added because of another recent post of theirs)
