@gparyani Well, I was going to say that I thought it was because it hadn't reached the minimum number of detections yet. However, I thought that number was 20, which both bad phone number reasons have exceeded (24 and 23).
@gparyani Based on another reason with 27 detections having a weight, I'm going to guess that the minimum number of detections is 25. So, they should have some weight soon.

@SmokeDetector The code is plagiarized (completely) from here, which is the official docs, for pytube, so there are actually multiple places they could have copied it from.
@bummi At a minimum, it's undisclosed affiliation. The site is linked from their profile.
@PikachuthePurpleWizard Please remember, our policy is that we don't comment on questions and answers which are brought to our attention here, unless we are familiar with the site on which they are posted. "Familiarity" is not clearly defined, but is commonly indicated by having some reasonable amount of rep on the site, beyond the association bonus.
np. It's a pain in the rear, but it came about due to a moderator on a smaller site coming here and significantly objecting to one of the auto-comments which was left on a post that didn't disclose affiliation. This happened about a year ago, IIRC.

should we turn off flagging in Metasmoke until the situation returns to normal? we might be prolonging the problem by continuing to hammer the Stack API with rejected flagging requests
