@David It's likely that people flagged it as spam, because
job offers are considered spam on Stack Overflow. I haven't found an equivalent meta.SE post about job offers, but, personally, I would have flagged it as spam too. While the line wrt. what is a job offer or not can be blurry, this post was clearly a job offer. For this post, if I was site regular and received that post as unsolicited email, I'd definitely have considered it targeted spam.
