https://metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/data/sql/queries/35-autoflag-fps-per-user-a‌s-a-of-total will vastly overepresent real FPs. Pretty sure the inner join is going to make it count someone as having 3 FPs when they actually have 1, since a post can have three flag logs.
