@Catija I can understand that. As long as you have the Zip, the City and State are redundant, but useful for error correction (in rare cases not redundant). However, having the zip on a separate line wouldn't be to USPS postal address standards. The USPS consistently defines the, so named, "Last Line" as City, State Zip+4. The only time they define a different bottom line is the Country for international mail (a "laster" line? :-) ).

This is why spam suggested edits show as fake 404 errors to logged-out users (cc @ArtOfCode)

Suggested edit spam went considerably down after the above system change was implemented, compared to when all edits were publicly visible

Because why spam, if it's detected and nuked within 15 seconds? Most spammers need to show their employers a link to a page where spam is visible to the public. Can't they just give them the metasmoke link?

They used to do that with the /review/suggested-edits link, with edit spam, until SE started employing measures wherein certain edits would show as false 404s.

@SurajRao Neither have /review/suggested-edits links almost always, but they still did that for years after they were excluded in robots.txt
