I know the reason. I'm not at liberty to share, and you know that, because of the moderator policy rules.

I do know the user was trolling and being disruptive, but that's all I know, not sure whether that is why they're banned completely or not

but that's all I can say, as that's just supposition based on what I saw from them on Ask Ubuntu only and nothing else.
