@Andy @Undo @ThomasWard Looks like metasmoke is down. 'Mysql2::Error: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_fc8_0.MAI' (Errcode: 28 "No space left on device"): SHOW FULL FIELDS FROM smoke_detectors'
@tripleee So that the metasmoke's server space is full right now? Also I tried !!/amiprivileged and it still says "insufficent privilege", neither in this room nor others work... who I can ping to fix the problem?
@tripleee Sorry for disturbing yours, I tried the review privilege check command in SOCVR & other rooms where SD can receive commands to decide spam/NAA posts, but it said "insufficent privilege" at all times.
@tripleee Sorry for late reply. I think this is my first time, so I need to follow some advice/guidance from experienced users. By the way I found metasmoke functionality from past SOCVR room conversation.
definitely NAA at least but the promotional nature of that "answer" trips my spam sniffer
@TetsuyaYamamoto I see you've been around here since March -- do I understand correctly that you have the privileges you want in this room, but you would like to have them granted in other rooms, too? that should be no problem at all
@tripleee @ThomasWard OK, your explanations make sense. At this time I need to open the post link & flag it directly until MS disk space problem solved. Thanks for your help.

@tripleee Did you also ping Undo for the out of disk space issue? As in the worst case, out of disk space will eventually cause MS to malform and stop accepting any posts from smokey anymore (as the default MySQL action on disk space problems is to wait till there is more space)
I actually wonder, is MS actually out of disk space (df -h) or file inodes (df -h -i)

the error message is somewhat uninformative but if it's accruing logs forever (like I think @quartata was surmising) it's hard to see how it could be inodes
Can't we run src/static/images/ and metasmoke under separate user accounts, and give each user their own quota, that way, they cannot "steal" disk space needed by the other

@Ferrybig so long as we enable logrotate, there shouldn't be any issues. MS has been operating fine using it, so by enabling it for both they won't conflict with each other.

Well, for me, upload was almost more important, because whenever I was uploading anything >10MB it would cause the up/down speeds of every computer in the house to virtually 0 for about 10 mins
@angussidney This says to me that your router may experience some buffer bloat, buffer bloat is caused by too large of send/receive buffers in networking hardware, and kind of "breaks" TCP automatic rate limiting
@Ferrybig oh, thanks, TIL. Anyway, the new plan came with a new router, and testing simultaneous up/download shows that it seems to be handling fairly well.
@Ferrybig nice. Maybe my perception of other people's internet speeds is skewed by all those people on reddit complaining (!) about their 100mbs speeds.
@tripleee I hit an error while trying to run that command; run !!/errorlogs for details.
