Fun fact, I was looking at the same place and being a little skeptical of it, but wasn't able to make it do anything bad. Only had a few minutes to look at it, should have dug more.
@Undo I just used #{channel} instead of #{table} - it worked when I built it originally, but then I changed it for being able to select event types too

@ArtOfCode If I git pull in the smokedetector, is that all I need to do to update it to the newest version of smokey? Do I need to do ChatExchange separately or something?
@ArtOfCode Can you 🔥 the verify_developer method in DeveloperController? It’s overriding the one in ApplicationController, so it shows a traceback instead of asking you to check your privilege.
