@Undo Done. I just changed the regex from wingding to w[i1]ngd[i1]ng. I haven't tested it, but it should work. I've never contributed to SD before, so let me know if I did anything wrong!
I'm assuming that's not what "abusive" in this reason is referring to
Abusive means what it says. Don't overthink this.
Look... The problem folks have with these is that they see the pile of nonsense and try to extract meaning from it. "Surely if I can determine what the author's intent was...
@DrMcMoylex yes, but we have had cases like on SO where the answer is "nonononononononono" and that is deleted like NAA, instead of Abusive because that is a (very) bad answer to the q and not a troll. The user in those cases just put more no's for exceeding the min char limit. But in this case it was a troll.

I'll also blacklist the new name. Also, I'm not really good with regex (have never worked much with it), so does (B|b]ong(j|J)iter seem alright? (Also, shouldn't the square bracket be a normal curved one?)

actually the problem was that the post was just over 300 characters and didn't have a repeated URL; the URL at end of short post is restricted to posts with 300 characters or less
@tripleee hmm looks like the post wasn't caught with link at end of body because the filter is enabled only on specific sites, in which SO is not there (and the report was on SO). github.com/Charcoal-SE/SmokeDetector/blob/…
