Yeah, the health product spammers don't tend to put much effort into their sites. The "hackers" do - their website is their tool for drawing in unwitting fools.

On the technical side, link at end of answer is a simple regex: github.com/Charcoal-SE/SmokeDetector/blob/master/… and regexes are not friends with negative search.
