@Ollie I would have to check your watch/black list PR history, but I think you're probably qualified to have that privilege if you want it (an admin would make the final call obviously). Note that messing up now and then is not really an issue, it happens to everyone. It's more an issue if you don't correct it, or intentionally do the wrong thing despite being told not to, but that's not an issue in your case.
A search for is:pr in:title ollie should be a good start, though I'm not sure if that catches everything. Your stats on that seem pretty reasonable, but that's not the only thing to be considered, of course.
