I suspect, based on the feel of the phrasing, that it is spam. But I don't have any proof, so I didn't flag or feedback, just watched the domain for more posts that might point to it being spam.

Could an SO mod check how the flag I raised on this report was handled? Was the flag marked helpful by a mod, or was it marked helpful automatically when the post was migrated?
@Makyen Ok, I see. IIRC, flags are not migrated along with the question, so I just wanted to know if those flags get marked as helpful on the original site automatically. Thanks for the confirmation.
@Makyen I'm not sure that a R/A flag is appropriate there. The potentially offensive text appears to be, or is at least claimed to be (I haven't checked) quoted from a religious text, and a R/A flag may not be accepted by a mod if they handle it. I would suggest a custom flag in case the text is not actually a quote, or you find the text offensive enough even if it's from a religious text.
@cigien I believe I understood the situation, including the claim that it was quoted from a religious text. My impression, based on the entirety of the post, including that the user was created in order to post it, was that the intent behind posting it was R/A, rather than trying to provide an objective viewpoint.
