This user is promoting their website a lot. At least half a dozen answers, and I only looked at 8. I don't want to report the user, they have 67 posts. Should I just mod flag?

IMHO they're mostly actually relevant to the (mostly off-topic recommendation-request) questions, and it's not the only thing they're posting...
there are, admittedly, a lot of them

It seems to be a more recent pattern. I'll look at some of their older posts.

Thanks guy for looking at it

Yeah...okay, I'm now on team "send a moderator flag."

With those many posts, at that point it doesn't really matter if they're excellent answers. Go ahead and raise the mod flag you were writing. Shouldn't be hard to explain the situation at all.

it needs some sort of cleanup, at least. not sure exactly what type of cleanup, but I'm sure a moderator will figure out the right thing to do.

OK thanks guys, raising a flag.

maybe watching them separately would make more sense, though; it's hard to find what to modify if we need to upgrade some of them but not all of them to blacklist later (or unwatch, for that matter)

I'm expecting them to turn up in the same spam actually, so we'd blacklist, or unwatch as a group. If it's better to watch them separately, I can do that.

+1 to cigien, I'd maybe have even combined more of them. I'd blacklist together as well; they're very very clearly the same campaign.

regex, or cat on keyboard? sometimes it's hard to tell...

At 2113/225/96 that would be one lucky cat :)

1518/159/60, because bookending, but still a pretty lucky cat
interesting that it scales up at about the same ratio without bookending, though...
also quite a lot of the FP are code with gibberish pasted in to fool the quality filter, so I think it should get partial credit there :-)

How does bookending work? I added \b at both ends and I'm getting 1494/155/60.

This was how I got those numbers:
https://metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&title_is_regex=1&title=%5Cb%5Basdfghjkl%3B%27+%5D%7B10%7D%28%3F%21+%7B10%7D%29%5Basdfghjkl%3B%27+%5D%7B40%2C%7D%28%3F%3C%21+%7B10%7D%29%28%3F%21%28%3F%3A%5B%5E%3C%5D%7C%3C%28%3F%21%5C%2F%3Fcode%3E%29%29*%2B%3C%5C%2Fcode%3E%29%5Cb&body_is_regex=1&body=%5Cb%5Basdfghjkl%3B%27+%5D%7B10%7D%28%3F%21+%7B10%7D%29%5Basdfghjkl%3B%27+%5D%7B40%2C%7D%28%3F%3C%21+%7B10%7D%29%28%3F%21%28%3F%3A%5B%5E%3C%5D%7C%3C%28%3F%21%5C%2F%3Fcode%3E%29%29*%2B%3C%5C%2Fcode%3E%29%5Cb&username_is_regex=1&username=%5Cb%5Basdfghjkl%3

import re

city = 'Лондон, Париж, Москва'
